Deleting your Kupyura account
Kupyura is a personal finance notebook by DIGITAL IT ADVISOR COMPANY LIMITED. You can delete your account and all its data at any time — no need to write to us or give a reason.
In the app on iPhone, iPad or Android
- Open Kupyura and sign in.
- Go to “Settings”.
- Tap “Delete account”.
- Confirm the deletion.
In the browser
- Open app.kupyura.com and sign in.
- Open “Settings” → “Account”.
- Click “Delete account” and confirm.
Want to keep a copy? Before deleting, download your data: “Settings” → “Export / import data” in the browser.
By email
If you can’t sign in, write to admin@digitalitadvisor.com from the address you use for Kupyura, with the subject “Delete account”. We will delete the account and all its data within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Immediately: the account is closed, you are signed out on all devices, and attachments (receipt photos and files) are deleted from the server.
- Within 30 days: all entries, accounts, categories, databases, settings and your email address are permanently erased from the database.
- Within 30 days: encrypted backups that contain your data expire and are deleted.
What is kept
Nothing linked to you. Anonymous visit statistics are detached from your account and deleted automatically within 180 days.
If you have a subscription, deleting the account does not cancel it — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings. Purchase records stay with Apple or Google under their rules.
