Kupyura Terms of Use
The Kupyura app is provided by DIGITAL IT ADVISOR COMPANY LIMITED (Thailand, “we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to these terms.
1. What the service is
Kupyura is a personal finance app: transactions, accounts, categories, sheets, loans and statistics over them. It runs in the browser at app.kupyura.com and as an app for iOS and Android. You enter every record yourself — Kupyura does not connect to banks or payment systems, does not import statements, and does not make payments.
2. Account
The app requires an account: sign in with a one-time code sent by email, or with Google. Keep access to your mailbox safe — whoever reads it can sign in as you. The app has a PIN for when someone else uses your device; it guards the app screen but is no substitute for the security of your email account.
3. Plans and subscription
- Free — up to 100 records in total across all your books. Once the cap is reached, existing records stay available for editing, deleting and export, but new ones cannot be added.
- A subscription removes that cap. As of this version in-app purchases are not enabled yet; when they are, the subscription will be bought through the App Store or Google Play and will renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple ID or Google account settings.
- Refunds for app-store purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their own rules — we do not process them.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to your records, attachments and pictures. We claim no rights to them, use them for nothing but providing the service to you, and train no models on them.
5. Demo account
Kupyura has a public demo account for testers and app-store reviewers. Its data is wiped and rebuilt on every sign-in, and anyone can sign into it. Do not put anything personal into the demo account — treat it as a showcase, not as storage.
6. Not financial advice
Kupyura is a tool for your own bookkeeping. It provides no accounting, tax, legal or investment services, and the numbers in it are not a recommendation. Exchange rates come from an external source, update with a delay and may differ from your bank’s rate — the conversion in the app is indicative. Decisions you make on the basis of data from Kupyura remain yours.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload unlawful material;
- try to circumvent technical limits, plan caps or other people’s access rights;
- interfere with the service — through automated requests, code guessing and the like;
- infringe the rights of third parties.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIGITAL IT ADVISOR COMPANY LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including loss of data.
We take daily backups and make reasonable efforts to keep your records safe, but we advise exporting your data to a file from time to time — the browser version has that option.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time, from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version; the date at the top of the page shows the current one.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are to be resolved in the competent courts of Thailand, unless mandatory law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
